We strongly enforce the seat belt law in Montana
Cell Phones are allowed while driving but we discourage use
Speed Limits - Interstates 75 day and night - Trucks 65
Primary and Secondary 70 daytime and 65 at night, except Hwy 93 which is 65 day and night
Trucks 60 daytime and 55 at night

New Law: Drivers approaching a stationary emergency vehicle with emergency lights activated are required to slow, move to a lane non-adjacent to the hazard when possible and proceed with caution.
